About Buywell
Who is Buywell and where is it located?
Buywell is an Australian online CD store specialising in classical music and jazz CDs & DVDs. Originally based in Perth, Western Australia until 2011, it is now based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. Work on the site began at the beginning of 1998 and the site opened for business in October 1999, since when it has supplied customers in the tens of thousands in more than 100 countries.
We strive to provide fast, efficient service to customers in Australia and worldwide and the amount of repeat business we achieve suggests that we are judged to do pretty well in these respects.
Something that many people find surprising on first becoming customers of Buywell is that their email messages are answered personally rather than by automated responses. Our guarantee of service
We understand how important it is to you that your order should
be risk-free. Our first step in that direction is not to charge you anything when you place your order, refraining from entering any charge on your credit card until your order is ready to be despatched, because we understand how annoying it can be to be charged for something in advance of it being supplied. It is illegal to do that anyway, but many commercial web sites don't seem to observe that regulation.
